For some strange but locrous reason, the Giro is ending in Rome since a few years.

This year they created a sprint stage at the end of week 2 in Milano, a stage for sprinters that did not end with a sprint

4 men escaped from far away and managed to reach Milano with the remarkable speed of 51,064 KM/H

Stage won by Lavik Fredrik Dversnes ahead of Mirco Maestri, Martin Marcellusi and Mattia Bais.

Only fifth place at 57 second for Magnier

In GC all screwed up with Lasonil Spalmers leading for 1 small point on René van Noort’ s TEAM BITTERBAL.

The classification is really short with 10 teams in 30 points.
