Vlasov whipped his whole team until the beginning of the climb but then quickly lost contact to everybody
The general classification was flipped in this stage with Egan Bernal first, Simon Yates second and Damiano Caruso third
Many sprinters lost the company today
The stage break made it to the end and Lorenzo Fortunato won the stage followed by Jan Tratnik and Alessandro Covi
The Game
Edward Caley’s Saddle Sore must have had some relief today as as he rode in front of everybody winning the stage, thanks to the services of several of his team members: 4th, 6th, 7th, 9th, 10th, 13th, 14th and 15th
They look in the good spot to score well for the last part of the giro
Edward is one of the aficionados of the team and he will always find a bucket for himself to be the first in class given his multiple nationalities. For some strange facts of life he is a fan of Inter and he must be enjoyind double joy this weekend
In the GC, be careful of Luca Monducci’s Rivoluzione D’ottobre: he is slowly climbing and is now third, he was sixth yesterday. He won also the mountain stage and is closing the gap to il pirata’s ULTIMI who is still in the lead
