A breakaway strongly pulled by Thibault Pinot who had lots of arguments with Cepeda and body-language that was shouting “I may not win but I will make sure you don’t win too“
In the end Einer Augusto RUBIO had the best out of 3 ahead of Pinot and Cepeda.
